Christmas company parties in Seville: how to organise one

In December Seville fills up with company Christmas dinners and parties. If you want to keep going after dinner, the easiest way is to finish at a club with a VIP table or an area just for your team. Here’s how to organise it — in English, for international teams too.

When to hold it

Thursdays and Fridays in December: the most requested dates; VIP tables go first.
The long weekend: in Andalusia Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 December are bank holidays, so Friday 4 and Saturday 5 are in huge demand.
Late November: more availability and better conditions.
The week of 14–18 December: the last one before Christmas; Christmas Eve falls on a Thursday.

Three formats that work

Dinner + VIP table: you have dinner at a restaurant and then we have a table with bottles waiting at a club nearby.
A reserved area for your group: for medium-sized groups, your own space inside the club.
Tailor-made private party: for large groups, an exclusive space with music and bar. We organise it through our Events service.

Which club to choose

A big venue: Antique Theatro, on Isla de la Cartuja, with live shows and a very smart dress code.
Right in the centre: Koko Club, next to Plaza de la Encarnación, open every day of the year — ideal if your dinner is on a weekday.
A select crowd: Abril, in Nervión, with commercial music.
Young teams: the Viapol area, with Vizzio Club, or Bottom Club in Nervión, with tables from €100.

Planning checklist

Approximate number of people and date, with a back-up date.
Budget per person and what you want to include: drinks, a VIP table or a full party.
Area: ideally close to the restaurant; the centre and Nervión are the easiest.
Dress code: many Seville clubs ask for very smart dress; let the team know.
One contact person to handle the booking.
Getting home: taxis are in high demand in December; pre-book a ride if you can.

Yes. Depending on the group size, we reserve an area inside a club or find an exclusive space for you.

Are clubs open on weekdays?

Yes. Koko Club is open every day of the year, and others open from Wednesday or Thursday. We’ll tell you what’s available on your date.

How much does it cost per person?
