Book your event
Basic information on data protection. Data controller: NOVA NIGHTLIFE. Purpose: to answer your enquiry and manage your event, ticket or VIP table. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request. Recipients: the venues involved in your request and the necessary technology providers (WordPress.com); your data is not shared for commercial purposes. Events FAQ
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend contacting us at least two or three weeks in advance, and earlier for busy dates such as December or the end of the academic year. If it’s sooner, message us anyway and we’ll find options.
Can you work with our budget?
Yes. Tell us how much you want to spend and how many of you there are, and we’ll suggest the options that fit: from group guest lists to VIP tables or private spaces.
Can we have a space just for our group?
It depends on the venue and the size of your group. Based on your plans, we’ll suggest VIP tables or exclusive spaces available on that date.
Do you organise daytime events?
Yes. As well as night-time parties, we organise daytime events and afternoon parties (“tardeos”). Mention it in the form and we’ll suggest options.
