About us

What is Nova Nightlife

Nova Nightlife is a nightlife agency born in Madrid. For 7 years we’ve worked as club promoters (PR): we handle free guest lists, tickets and VIP tables at over 70 clubs in Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Valencia, Mallorca and Granada and organise private events for birthdays, stag and hen parties and companies.

Our job is simple: we know every club inside out — its vibe, crowd, opening hours and door rules — and help you pick the one that fits your plan, at the best price and with no surprises at the door.

What we do

• Free guest lists: we add you so you get in free or at a discount before the cut-off time.
• Tickets: we send you the club’s official ticket so you skip the box office.
• VIP tables: tables with bottles for groups, at a fixed price.
• Private events: exclusive spaces for birthdays, stag and hen parties and company parties.
• Advice: we tell you what’s open each night and where your group fits.

How we work

Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram with the date, group size and what you’re looking for. We reply in less than an hour, in English or Spanish, with the available options and their conditions (guest-list cut-off, price, minimum age and dress code).

Tickets and most VIP tables are bought through Fourvenues, the clubs’ official ticketing platform, which issues the confirmation. We are not the venue: we act as intermediaries, and entry always depends on each club’s rules. Everything is explained in our booking terms.

Why trust us

• Experience: 7 years organising nights out in Madrid, now in five more cities too, and a direct relationship with every club.
• Real, up-to-date information: days, prices, guest lists and dress code for every club, reviewed and dated on each club page.
• Transparency: guide prices published in our price guide and public booking terms.
• Personal service: a real person looks after you on WhatsApp before, during and after your night.

Our team

We’re a PR team living the nightlife every week, in Madrid and in every city we work in: we know the door teams, which night works best at each venue and which club suits each group, from Erasmus students to company parties.
