Christmas company parties in Madrid: how to organise one
November and December are company Christmas party season. If you don’t want the celebration to end at dessert, the easiest way is to finish the night at a club or in a space just for your team. Here’s how to organise it without the hassle — in English, for international teams too.
When to hold it
- Thursdays and Fridays in December: the most requested dates. Private spaces and VIP tables go first.
- Late November: a good option if you want more availability and better conditions.
- The week of 21 December: in 2026 Christmas Eve falls on a Thursday, so many companies move their party to the week before.
Three formats that work
- Dinner + VIP table: you have dinner at a restaurant and then we have a VIP table with bottles waiting at a club nearby. The simplest option.
- A reserved area for your group: for medium-sized groups, your own area inside the club so the whole team stays together.
- Tailor-made private party: for large groups, an exclusive space with music, bar and whatever you need. We organise it through our Events service.
Which club to choose
- In the centre: Joy Eslava, next to Puerta del Sol, easy for everyone to get to.
- A more elegant night: the clubs in Salamanca, such as Saint Club or Vandido.
- Young teams: the Moncloa and Chamberí area, with Mon or Copérnico.
- Several options together: Calle Orense, with Nazca Club, Blue Club or Posh Club.

Planning checklist
- Approximate number of people and date (with a back-up date, just in case).
- Budget per person and what you want to include: just drinks, a VIP table or a full party.
- Area: ideally close to the restaurant so nobody gets lost on the way.
- Dress code: let the team know if the club asks for smart dress.
- One contact person to talk to us and handle the booking.
- Getting home: the Metro closes around 1:30 am and taxis are in high demand in December.
